As a Reiki Master trained in the Usui System of Natural Healing, I have spent over a decade offering intuitive, trauma-sensitive reiki sessions that promote healing, support the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, balance chakras, and invite peace, rest and restoration. My approach is gentle, genuine, grounded and heart-led.

One Hour Reiki Session
A restorative, relaxing treatment of life force energy being beamed into the body to balance the chakras and clear the mind. Your 60 minute session will include crystal therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy, an optional Angel Card reading, and a reiki infused grounding crystal to take home.

Distance Reiki 45 Minute Session
A scheduled sending of reiki energy to clients unable to be with me physically. It is always best to relax and be in a safe and peaceful environment while reiki is being sent, however it is not necessary. We will have a short phone conversation before your session and immediately following to discuss your experience and any questions you may have.

Pet Reiki
Animals are much more in touch with the spiritual realm, their purpose, and unconditional love, so they don't need as much reiki as people do. My animal clients tend to get up and give a sign that they've gotten all they need. Pet reiki is great for pets with chronic conditions and injuries, for pets that have just not been acting themselves, and for pets close to their transition.
