Our Philosophy

We honor our bodies and nervous systems, and our physical and emotional limitations above exercise.
Movement is an invitation, not a demand.

We understand that embodied self expression is unique, sacred and worthy of celebration.

Every body has a story that deserves to be witnessed.
Through every intentional movement we let our bodies speak.

Joy and playfulness are essential to healing.
We practice taking up space and moving in ways that feel good.

We move from intuition and awareness, not expectation or perfection.
